Answers · Sign in to · Go to Settings found on the left side · Under Meeting (Advanced) make sure Virtual Background is enabled · Sign out. Make your space virtual background-friendly. In most cases, Zoom will only work properly with virtual backgrounds if you have a solid color behind.
