ArriveCan Before travelling to Canada, travellers must provide relevant information, including travel and contact information and quarantine plan through the ArriveCAN mobile app. If the local authority proof is not in English or French, the client will be required to provide a certified translation.

However, fully vaccinated passengers may still be subject to quarantine and testing if the border officer has determined that they do not qualify for the quarantine and testing exemptions.
Passengers must be prepared to present a suitable quarantine plan and comply with other post-arrival requirements. Travelers must retain a copy paper or electronic of their vaccination documentation and the originals of any certified translations for verification at the border and for 14 days following their entry to Canada. COVID test reports should be in either English or French where possible in addition to, if applicable, the language used where the tests are conducted.
Passengers must obtain valid test results within 72 hours of the original STD even if the flight is significantly delayed. At this time, proof of having a vaccine will not replace a negative test result. Exempted from this requirement are airline crew members cargo and passenger flights and children 5 years old and below. The PCR test will not replace the day quarantine. All passengers must continue their day isolation requirement.
